Friday: -105 minutes skate skiing w/ stretching and situps & pushups
-45 minutes on trainer w/ stretching and situps & pushups
-2 Cycles of Strength Exercises

Saturday: -Off

Sunday: -60 minutes skate skiing
-60 minutes on trainer w/ stretching and situps & pushups
